Discover the simple formula I use with my clients that allows them to manage the menopause without HRT!
Step wasting your time with outdated approaches to managing the menopause - HRT is not the only way to help yourself.
There are many reasons why women may not be using HRT - the problem is then that they are left without another option - usually just told to live with it! There are plenty of other ways to manage the menopause which means that you feel back in control and can enjoy your life feeling fabulous!

Find the solutions that really benefit you and your symptoms

Make theses changes permanent

There are many different symptoms that get attributed to the menopause - what matters are the ones that impact you and your life. The first step is to identify them - some just creep in but their impact can be huge!
Once you have identified what is really affecting you the most you can then start to look at the different solutions - and find the ones that suit you best and fit in with how you live and how you want to feel.
Once you have found the solutions to the symptoms that are affecting the way that you think and feel you need to make those changes permanent so that you can continue to benefit from feeling Fabulous for years
to come!
I have known since I was a teenager that HRT was not going to be an option for me when I finally got to the menopause. My career lead me to working in pharmaceutical companies - ironically in women's health including HRT! - and then I retrained as a hypnotherapist and coach. During my years of helping clients I became aware that I was seeing more and more women who were experiencing symptoms and issues during the menopause and like myself were looking for answers and solutions that didn't involve HRT.
As a result I have shared with those clients the different ways I have found that have helped me and now them immeasurably.
Help and support women manage their menopause without HRT. As one of the many women who can not take HRT I feel that we are just abandoned and left without viable options by so many of the medical profession. Even though it is now a 'hot' topic currently there is nothing offered for those of us who can not take HRT, do not want to take HRT or have taken HRT and have stopped. I fall into one of those categories - and have known for years that HRT would not be an option so I am constantly looking for and trying other options and I share them with my clients and other women so that they can benefit.
